It’s fair to say that the Boston Comics Roundtable is in the very DNA of MICE – the Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo, we’ve been there since before the beginning, of one of the best indie comics shows anywhere! So here we are again this weekend, exhibitors at MICE for the 8th consecutive year. Come see our table chock full of members’ work and group anthologies. Our people are doing great things in the wide world of comics! On July 16, from 11:00-2:00, Hub Comics in Somerville hosts a signing for not one but two new graphic novels drawn by BCR members: “Making Scents,” with art by Shelli Paroline and Braden Lamb (written by Arthur Yorinks), and “Pigs Might Fly,” drawn by Jerel Dye, with colors by Laurel Lynn Leake (and written by the great Nick Abadzis). We knew them when (when they were already great. that is)!
